Honorary Scholarship Competition 2020

Students (the first and second cycles, and integrated studies, starting from the third semester) wishing to participate in the Honorary Scholarship Competition shall submit the following documents to the LSMU Student Representative Office (LSMU Studentų atstovybė) until 5 p.m. (Lithuanian time) 2 December, 2020:

1. An application letter to participate in the Honorary Scholarship Competition (addressed to the Rector);

3. A free-form Curriculum Vitae;

4. Documents proving active participation in the student activities and/or the need for financial aid (students who have lost their parents (adoptive parents) or guardians, students with disabled parents (adoptive parents) or guardians, or students from large families);

5. Other documents proving the achievements of a student (copies).

The certificates on the average grade of the studies will be booked centrally for the students who have applied at the honorary scholarship competition (students shall not need to apply to the Dean’s offices for the issue of these certificates).

NOTE:

  1. The grade point average (GPA) shall be not lower than 8.
  2. The scholarship shall not be awarded to the students who have already been awarded a scholarship from the other funds in year 2020/2021.

The submitted documents shall be compiled into one document, saved in PDF format, the title of which must include the Name, Surname, Faculty (abbreviated) and course (year).

The meeting of the Honorary Scholarship Committee will take place in distance mode via MS Teams platform on 8 December 2020, at 1.00 p.m. (Lithuanian time). Participation of applicants in the meeting of the Committee is obligatory.

The following scholarships will be awarded:

  1. Lithuanian Science Support Dr. Juozas and Birutė Skrinskai Fund (for students of the Faculty of Medicine);
  2. Professor JuozasKupčinskas Scholarship (for a student of the Medicine study programme at the Faculty of Medicine)
  3. Vytenis Povilas Andriukaitis Scholarship (for students of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Public Health);
  4. Juozas Olekas Scholarship (for a student of the Faculty of Medicine);
  5. JSC “Gintarinė vaistinė” Scholarship (for the 4th and 5th year students of the Faculty of Pharmacy)
  6. Veterinary Pharmacy Association Scholarship (for a student of the Veterinary Medicine study programme at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine).
  7. SC “Vilkijos ūkis” Scholarship (for a student of the Veterinary Medicine study programme and a student of Animal Science study programme at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine)
  8. JSC “Magnum Veterinarija” (for a student of the Veterinary Medicine study programme and a student of Animal Science study programme at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine)
  9. JSC “Agrokoncerno grupė” (for a student of Animal Science study programme at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine).
