Abstract
Laktacija turėjo 1,80 proc., o laktacijos periodas 0,40 proc. įtakos priekinių ketvirčių paviršinės temperatūros tyrimo rezultatams, tačiau statistiškai patikimos įtakos užpakalinių ketvirčių rezultatams nebuvo rasta.. Karvių amžius ir SLS kiekis piene neturėjo statistiškai patikimos įtakos pieno liaukos tyrimo rezultatams.
The purpose of the descriptive study was to test the thermography method for the diagnosis of cow hind leg laminitis and mammary gland mastitis and to analyze the influence of other factors on the surface temperature of the cow's hoofs and mammary gland. The study found that the thermographic examination method is a reliable choice in the diagnosis of laminitis of hind hoofs in cows. The average temperature of the hoof joint was 23.31% in cows with visible lesions on the hind legs (group 1N). or 4.82 °C higher than healthy nail and callus joint temperature average was 12.37 % or 2.85 °C higher than cows without visible hoof lesions (0N group). Lactation had 1.80 % influence on the test results of the surface temperature of the glenoid joint. The lactation period had 7.50 % influence for the superficial mean temperature of the ankle joint and 13.40 % influence for the glenoid joint. It was found that the age of the cows and the SCC in the milk did not affect the results of the hind leg hoof test.
Using infrared thermography, we also studied the surface temperature of the mammary gland of cows. In the study, we found that the thermographic research method can be used in the diagnosis of mastitis in cows. The average temperature in the front quarters of cows with signs of mastitis was 8.77 % or 2.54 °C higher than healthy quarters, and hind quarters with mastitis had an average temperature of 5.64 % or 1.66 °C higher than healthy hindquarters. Lactation had 1.80 % and the lactation period had 0.40 % influence on the results of the forequarters surface temperature test, no statistically reliable influence on the results of the hindquarters was found. Cow age and SCC in milk did not have a statistically reliable influence on the results of the mammary gland test.
